Have you ever had conflict with others? Almost all of you must have it at least once. A lot of various communication styles can be related to motives and values and it can help you to solve it. Basically, there are three primary motives: nurturing that is identified as blue, directing that is identified as blue, and autonomizing that is identified as green.
