Have you ever had conflict with others? Almost all of you must have it at least once. A lot of various communication styles can be related to motives and values and it can help you to solve it. Basically, there are three primary motives: nurturing that is identified as blue, directing that is identified as blue, and autonomizing that is identified as green. Also this MVS has more species that blend of these primary motives such as red and blue, red and green, blue and green and all of them.
