What is “Motivational Value Systems”?
Primary motives
l Blue: concern for the protection, growth and welfare
of others.
l Red: concern for task accomplishment, organization of such as people, time and
any other resources to achieve desired results.
l Green: concern for assurance that things have been properly thought out, and meaningful order,
being established and maintained.
There are 7
motivational systems that are bled of 3 colors, red, green and blue. Even though
it could have other systems, based on 7 colors, you can know what behavior is a
better option for each person at many cases like the first meeting and involving
in conflict.
The thing that I realized from motivational value system
Motivational
value system improves my idea of how to communicate with others. one important thing
that I learned is I can consider how to deal with a problem with this system as
much as I know ones. Also I could know myself better than before.
This is the important key for you
As you
know, when you get to know others, you can communicate better than before. Figuring
out MVS can allow you to have good relationships like trust and corporation with
others quickly. Then when you are in trouble, it can let you come up with some
ideas to solve it quickly. You don’t even have a problem as long as you can with
MVS.
I can get more opportunities that before
I had some knowledge
to communicate with others efficiently. however, even if I can avoid conflict,
it couldn’t be a good result because I don’t even discuss about it. MVS allows
me to deal with problems with others during building better relationships
because I could know others more than before through talking deeply to solve a
problem.
